These terms cover this website (getjetway.com) and the free design we build for you. If you sign up, a written agreement covers the paid service. If this page and your agreement differ, your agreement wins.

Jetway is run by STATENWEB LLC, doing business as Waypoint Agency (“we” and “us”), in Staten Island, New York.

The free design

  • Your first design is free. You owe nothing, and we do not ask for a card.
  • We build it from public information, such as your current website and your Google listing, and from what you send us in the form.
  • The design link is private and works for 14 days. After that we may take the design down.
  • Some images may be samples. We label them until you approve real ones.
  • We do not put anything on your domain unless you sign up.

Signing up

If you want to move forward, we send you an agreement to sign online. It sets the price, what is included, and how to cancel. This page does not change it.

After you approve the design and pay, we build the remaining pages. Two rounds of refinements are included within the approved design and the pages you bought.

Your content and ours

You keep your domain and everything you give us, such as your logo, photos, text and reviews. Only send us things you have the right to use.

We own what we make, such as the design, code, templates and written copy. If you sign up, your agreement says what you may use and how you can buy out your site.

What we do not promise

We build with accessibility in mind and run automated checks. We do not promise that any site meets a legal standard, such as the ADA or WCAG. We do not promise traffic, rankings, leads or sales.

This website and the free design come “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For the paid service, the limits in your agreement apply.

Using this website

Use it for its purpose. Do not attack it, overload it, or send us false or harmful submissions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

New York law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Richmond County, New York.
