In short: we collect little, we use it to build your design and measure our marketing, and we never sell it. You can turn off ad and analytics tracking in one click.

Jetway is run by STATENWEB LLC, doing business as Waypoint Agency (“we” and “us”), in Staten Island, New York.

What we collect

  • From the form: your business name, your website or Google listing, your name and your email.
  • From public sources: before we contact a business, we may design a new website from public information about it. That can include its website, Google listing, photos, reviews, address, phone number and email address.
  • From you: anything you tell us by email or phone.
  • Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, may log your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect this site. The analytics and ad tools below also collect the pages you view, how you arrived, and your device and browser type.

Analytics and ads

This site uses three tools to measure visits and our marketing. We load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel through Google Tag Manager.

  • Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) use cookies and similar tools. They count visits and form sign-ups. Meta may also use this to show our ads to people who visited this site, and to measure whether those ads worked. Meta’s tag can also send events to Meta from its servers (the Conversions API), including technical details such as your IP address and browser details, so it can measure ads more accurately. When you send the form, we also pass Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address, so it can match your sign-up to its records and measure our ads. A hash is a code that cannot be read back, but Meta can compare it with the emails it already has. Under some state laws, that counts as “sharing” information for advertising.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and how fast the site loads. It uses no cookies.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run social media tracking beyond the Meta Pixel.

Browsers also have a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common standard for it, so we do not change anything when we see it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel never load.

Your privacy choices

You can turn off Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking in this browser right here. Your choice stays until you clear this site’s data.

How we use it

We use what you send in the form to build your new design and send you the link, and to reply to you. We use public business information to design new websites and to contact the business. If you sign up, we also use your information to run your service under your agreement.

Who sees it

  • People at Waypoint who build designs and talk with customers.
  • Service providers that help us run Jetway: Formspark receives form submissions, Cloudflare hosts this site, and Google runs our email. If you sign up, Stripe handles card payments.
  • Google and Meta, which receive the data their tools collect (see Analytics and ads).
  • Anyone the law requires us to tell.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to build your design, talk with you and keep records of our work. If you sign up, your agreement says more. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Google and Meta keep the data from their tools under their own policies.

Asking us about your information

Email us at [email protected] and we will act on your request promptly. You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we have about you
  • correct or delete it
  • take down a design of your business
  • stop contacting you

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights. Ask us and we will tell you.

Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use trusted providers and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
